General:

  • What services do you offer? We offer floatation therapy, massage therapy, infrared sauna therapy, IV therapy, and breathwork sessions.

  • Where are you located? We are located at 2272 E. Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85719.

  • What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • What is your cancellation policy? We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee per service. For no-shows, you will be charged 50% of the service total.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer gift cards that expire one year from the purchase date.

Floatation Therapy:

  • What is floatation therapy? Floatation therapy involves lying in a tank filled with epsom salt and water, creating a buoyant environment that allows you to experience deep relaxation and sensory deprivation.

  • What are the benefits of floatation therapy? Floatation therapy can help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain, improve sleep, and boost creativity.

  • Is floatation therapy safe? Floatation therapy is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor before your first session.

  • Do I need to wear anything during my float? No, clothing is not recommended in the float tanks. It's best to float nude to avoid contaminating the water.

  • Can I shower in the facility? Yes, there is a private shower in each float room. You must shower before and after your float session.

  • Can I float on my menstrual cycle? If your cycle is on the lighter side and you can apply a fresh tampon right before starting your session you are okay to float. If you have further questions/concerns please reach out via phone or text us at (520) 339-6674.

  • Can more than one person float in your tanks at the same time? Each tank accommodates one person only but you can bring someone with you and each of you floats in separate rooms.

Massage Therapy:

  • What types of massage do you offer? We offer a variety of massage styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massage.

  • What are the benefits of massage therapy? Massage therapy can help improve muscle tension, reduce pain, increase circulation, and promote relaxation.

  • Do I need to bring anything for my massage? We provide everything you need, including towels and massage oil. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Can I ask the massage therapist to focus on specific areas? Yes, please let your therapist know if you have any areas of particular concern or tension.

Infrared Sauna Therapy:

  • What is infrared sauna therapy? Infrared saunas use infrared light to penetrate deep into your tissues, helping to detoxify your body and improve circulation.

  • What are the benefits of infrared sauna therapy? Infrared sauna therapy can help reduce pain, improve skin health, and boost the immune system.

  • How long are the sauna sessions? We offer 30 minute, 45, 60 and 90-minute sessions.

  • What should I wear to the sauna? We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing or swimwear.

Breathwork Sessions:

  • What types of breathwork do you offer? We offer a variety of breathwork techniques, including pranayama, box breathing, and Wim Hof method.

  • What are the benefits of breathwork? Breathwork can help reduce stress, improve focus, increase energy levels, and promote relaxation.

  • Do I need any experience with breathwork to attend a session? No, our sessions are open to all levels.

  • What should I wear to a breathwork session? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement.

Payment:

  • Do you accept insurance? We do not currently accept insurance. However, we offer a variety of payment options, including cash, credit card, HSA card, and debit card.

  • Do you offer discounts? We offer discounts to students, seniors, and veterans. We also offer package deals for our services.

Waivers:

  • Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes, all clients must sign a waiver before receiving any services at Levity Wellness Center. This waiver covers the risks and benefits of our services and ensures you understand our policies.

  • What does the waiver cover? The waiver covers the inherent risks of floatation therapy, massage therapy, infrared sauna therapy, and breathwork sessions. It also outlines Levity's responsibilities and limitations regarding your safety and health.

  • Can I review the waiver beforehand? Yes, you can find the waivers for each service on our website:

  • What if I have health concerns? If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please consult with your doctor before signing the waiver and receiving any services.

Cancellation Policy:

  • How long do I have to cancel my appointment? We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee per service to the card on file.

  • What if I miss my appointment? If you are a No-Show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service total.

  • What if I have an emergency? In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will waive the cancellation fee if you provide documentation of the emergency.

  • What happens if I have a package? If you have a package and cancel within the 6-hour window, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your remaining session credits.
